A preliminary model of the morphing wing, which is being designed and created by experts in the BAANG project, was presented at the FME Open Day on Friday 24 January. It was on display at the stand of the Institute of Machine and Industrial Design and could be viewed by applicants for studies, almost eight hundred of whom visited the faculty. Information about the BAANG project was also provided by an exhibited poster.
