Since its establishment in May 2022, the Czech Association of Research Managers and Administrators – CZARMA has grown from a few dozen members to more than 500 registered members.

The second conference of the association was held on October 3, 2023 in Prague. The panel discussion was attended by 6 representatives of providers of grants such as representatives of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Agriculture. More than 180 members of the Association watched the discussion on the topic of reducing the administrative burden in science and research, and another 80 participated in the event online.

In the conference poster session, we presented the BAANG project in terms of the use of an innovative method – coaching in academia to stimulate scientific excellence, innovation capacity and maximize the success of scientists in their scientific career.
