Connection with the Cost Action CA18203 – Optimising Design for Inspection (ODIN)

Between 18th and 20th September our young researchers Jan Bajer and Vojtěch Slabý have participated in a fourth international ODIN training school in Ohrid, North Macedonia focused on Inspection, signal processing, identification and analysis (INSIGNIA).

During the training school, the researchers presented their work focused on a Concept of smart auxetic structure for energy harvesting and sensing applications for the international project BAANG, and they have explained their past and ongoing work. An important role of this meeting was networking and strengthening their relations to other participants from universities from Cardiff, Reykjavik, Porto, Skopje, Aberdeen and others.
