We’re proud to share the joint policy brief on Twinning calls, developed together with our sister Twinning projects: “Twinning for Europe’s Competitiveness: Keeping Excellence Connected Across All Regions.”

The brief brings forward collective evidence from eight initiatives – including GEMSTONE Project, BAANG, EarthBridge, HybridNeuro, Remodel Project, REMOTE XUAR, SMART4ENV Horizon Europe Project, and TwinVectorEU – showing how Twinning builds excellence, capacity, and collaboration across Europe.

Key message: Reinstate annual Twinning calls under Horizon Europe to sustain the momentum and impact achieved since 2014.

Highlights: Case studies, policy options, actionable recommendations, and future directions for strengthening the European Research Area.
